As we open our hearts this holiday season, it is important to think of all different people, especially the homeless. Some groups that suffer the most during these cold months are homeless women. As an organization who is passionate about women's empowerment, gender equality, and the economic effects of homelessness, we are happy to be announcing this project. Our drive donation boxes will be set up at various locations in New Jersey, locations TBD & will be announced soon. We plan on donating these items to various organizations who help women in need, especially those who are tackling period poverty.

The idea of our drive is to empower women this holiday season, bringing us one step closer to equality.

Here is a list of items we are collecting.

Hygiene Products:

(Please all new-travel size for all hygiene products, and only new packages of feminine products)

  • Feminine Products (Pads, Tampons)

  • body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, shaving cream, razors

  • hand sanitizer

  • baby/body wipes

Women Clothing Products:

  • underwear

  • socks

  • hats

  • gloves

  • scarves

Besides this drive, that will last through the first week of January, we are doing an educational series along with it including some topics such as Holiday Budgeting Skills, Smart Spending, The Economics of Christmas Shopping, Gender Economics, and Women's Empowerment!

If you do not live in the area, please email at rebeccannryan@gmail.com, if you would like to donate in another way.
